In a recent call out we found a very simple solution seemd to tie up a lot of problems in one fell swoop, when a customer noticed that regardless of the cleanliness of their home and general vigilance, bugs were still getting through and causing issues. After looking at the home we noticed that there was an air brick in the outside wall. This served the purpose of letting clean air circulate through the home, but also acted as the perfect entrance for pests.

Thankfully, there is a very simple way to fix this issue – simply install a metal vent. Once we foudn the issue, remedying it was a 5 minute job and our team were on their way.
